Cinnamon
https://www.bakeking.com.sg/products/bake-king-ground-cinnamon-various-sizes
Cinnamon is a fragrant aromatic spice that is used to add flavor in baking and cooking. It is mainly used in sweet and savory dishes like my favorite cinnamon melt from McDonald’s. While it seems weird to use spice on your hair it offers a myriad of benefits.
So, what are the benefits of applying it to your hair?
As we age, many of us deal with hair loss. Cinnamon stimulates the scalp when applied by increasing blood flow to the hair follicles. This also encourages the growth of new hair follicles. But that’s not all, Cinnamon is also has antimicrobial properties which can treat scalp problems like dandruff and fungal infections.
Here is one good example.
A popular Youtube channel, Babilon created a self-made cinnamon hair mask for hair growth. Her video shows how she detangle her hair then applying with a brush and hand the DIY Cinnamon hair mask (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2CzwerxYRA) has gathered over a million views and a ton of positive comments and testimonials.
